RPMC employs more than 250 professionals of which about 50 are full-time professional and about 200 are payroll experts. RPMC has also 136 technical sub-professionals and 105 administrative support staff in ongoing projects and at headquarters. At its headquarters, RPMC maintains core administrative staff comprising 42 members and more than 10 sector-wide senior professionals for management, supervision and backstopping services to projects as well as for short-term assignments.
