Resource Planning and Management Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. (RPMC) is an independent, multidisciplinary consulting organization based in Bangladesh. It was founded in 1990 as a single ownership entity. Later it was incorporated as a limited company in 1994 with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, Bangladesh. RPMC headquarters and a number of project offices are located in Dhaka. Other fully-equipped project offices are located outside Dhaka. RPMC employs about 300 professionals, 136 technical sub-professionals and 105 administrative support staff in ongoing projects and at headquarters. At its headquarters, RPMC maintains core administrative staff comprising 42 members and more than 10 sector-wide senior professionals for management, supervision and backstopping services to projects as well as for short-term assignments. In addition, RPMC has a roster of highly qualified professionals to support the organization’s capacity to handle complex and diversified projects and studies. It has a well-stocked library. RPMC is ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 certified, respectively. According to Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh (CRAB), RPMC’s Entity Rating is A3 Certified and Short Term Rating is ST-3.
